WAIVER INFO:

As of April 18th, 2024 we have implemented a new Waiver process, all previously signed waivers will no longer be valid.

Waivers on Blue paper will be good until Dec 31, 2030.  If you are under 18 years old, these Waivers MUST be signed by your Parent to remain in effect for their entirety.

Waivers on Yellow paper can be signed by an underage player's guardian and will only be good for that day of play.

We hope this change will make it easier for RPG's and players to know if they have a valid Waiver on file, while keeping our Vetting Process quick and painless.

VETTING PROCESS:

Argonauts Arena has an extensive vetting process.  We are running things this way so we can deal with problem players individually, as well as make our arena safe and fun for everyone.

All players will be required to go through the vetting process, which has 3 steps:

Step 1 = sign an Argonauts Arena waiver.

Step 2 = assigned a number for the day that will be written on the back of the players hand along with a + or - to represent over or under 18.

Step 3 = unflattering picture taken with their info on a white board.

These pictures are taken with tablets and will be deleted at the end of each day, provided the player hasn’t been an issue on or off the field, or the player hasn't lost an item.  Please be assured the tablets are brand new, they have never been connected to the internet, nor will they ever be connected.  The privacy of our players is paramount!

THREE STRIKE POLICY:

A main goal of Argonauts Arena is to inspire players to

walk in honor when playing – after all airsoft IS a game of honor.

ONE Get Out of Jail Free warning

1st Strike = asked to leave the field for the weekend

2nd Strike = a six month ban

3rd Strike = a lifetime ban

All Warnings and 1st Strikes will fall off of your record 2 years after given,

then any 2nd Strikes will downgrade.  However, 3rd Strikes/Lifetime Bans

will never be removed.

All 3rd Strike players will have their information shared with all

fields in Arizona, resulting in a state wide ban.
